Our timetable offers a variety of classes to ensure your training is functional and varied. 

CrossFit Classes

Our CrossFit classes are designed to challenge and motivate you. With a focus on functional movements performed at high intensity, you'll see improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

HYROX

Our HYROX classes are for everyone, whether you're training for a HYROX competition, supplementing your CrossFit or just looking to improve your fitness. The workouts are a combination of functional fitness and endurance-based exercises that will enhance your strength, stamina, and overall athletic performance. 

Olympic Lifting

These classes are adaptable to whatever your level. We focus on the core lifts of snatch and clean & jerk, working on technique and accessories to increase those numbers.

Open Gym

Open gym runs after all classes and is included in most of our memberships. It's a great opportunity for you to catch up on missed classes, work on technique, focus on mobility or just get in some extra work after class.
